Novedades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ahora puedes enviar comandos directamente al dispositivo de rastreo GPS de un veh\u00edculo desde IntelliHub. Esta funci\u00f3n te permite activar acciones del dispositivo de forma remota, como reiniciar el dispositivo o solicitar una actualizaci\u00f3n inmediata de la ubicaci\u00f3n GPS, sin salir del portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00f3mo funciona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Abrir un veh\u00edculo Actividad completa <\/strong>vista.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Haga clic en el bot\u00f3n Enviar Comando a Dispositivo en Veh\u00edculo <\/strong>icono a la izquierda del gr\u00e1fico de movimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Selecciona un comando de la lista de opciones disponibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirma la acci\u00f3n en el pop-up de confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Una notificaci\u00f3n de tipo toast muestra el estado del comando a medida que progresa:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    El dispositivo confirm\u00f3 que el comando fue recibido y ejecutado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fallido<\/strong>
    El comando no pudo ser entregado o ejecutado. Int\u00e9ntalo de nuevo o contacta al soporte al cliente si el problema persiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Requisitos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Los comandos disponibles est\u00e1n preconfigurados para tu cuenta. <\/strong>Solo puedes enviar comandos que ya se hayan configurado para el tipo de dispositivo del veh\u00edculo seleccionado. Para solicitar comandos adicionales, contacta con atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Permiso de Acciones del Veh\u00edculo requerido. <\/strong>Para enviar comandos de dispositivo, tu cuenta de usuario de IntelliHub debe tener habilitado el permiso de Acciones de Veh\u00edculo.
