Si estos pasos de soluci\u00f3n de problemas no resuelven el problema, por favor env\u00ede un ticket utilizando el enlace CREAR TICKET en la parte inferior de la p\u00e1gina.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTA:<\/strong> Si no cuenta con la experiencia t\u00e9cnica necesaria en la instalaci\u00f3n de dispositivos telem\u00e1ticos para seguir estos pasos de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, no manipule ni modifique la instalaci\u00f3n. Podemos ayudarte a programar la visita de un t\u00e9cnico a tu veh\u00edculo a trav\u00e9s de nuestra red nacional de instaladores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Primer paso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Compruebe que el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 el veh\u00edculo en un edificio con techo o laterales met\u00e1licos?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEl veh\u00edculo est\u00e1 en un aparcamiento subterr\u00e1neo o en un garaje?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfSe encuentra el veh\u00edculo en un lugar remoto donde se puede interrumpir la se\u00f1al?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura y el dispositivo no recibe alimentaci\u00f3n, contin\u00fae con <strong>paso 2<\/strong> para verificar por qu\u00e9 no recibe corriente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura y el dispositivo recibe alimentaci\u00f3n, contin\u00fae con <strong>paso 3<\/strong> para comprobar los LED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verifique por qu\u00e9 el dispositivo no recibe alimentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 encendido el veh\u00edculo?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 bien conectado el aparato?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compruebe si hay da\u00f1os en el cableado de las conexiones anteriores. <br>(Si los cables est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados, ponte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia para que los sustituyan).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfLos cables de constante y encendido suministran corriente?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfSe ha fundido alg\u00fan fusible del veh\u00edculo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si los fusibles est\u00e1n intactos, el cableado no est\u00e1 da\u00f1ado y el dispositivo sigue sin recibir corriente, ponte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia t\u00e9cnica e ind\u00edcales los pasos que has seguido para solucionar el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el aparato tiene corriente, pase a <strong>PASO 3<\/strong> para comprobar los LED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 3 (estado de la luz LED)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verifique qu\u00e9 combinaci\u00f3n de luces LED est\u00e1n encendidas y en qu\u00e9 estado (por ejemplo, intermitente o estable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los iconos se muestran en el siguiente diagrama. Contin\u00fae con el estado del LED GPS.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Fuera de<\/td><td>El aparato no recibe alimentaci\u00f3n<\/td><td>Si la soluci\u00f3n de problemas en <strong>Paso 2 <\/strong>no ha resuelto el problema y el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el servicio de asistencia de FTS.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirme el estado correcto del LED de red<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>LED VERDE (Red)<\/th><th>Estado<\/th><th>Siguiente paso<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Fuera de<\/td><td>En busca de la conexi\u00f3n<\/td><td>Si la soluci\u00f3n de problemas en <strong>Primer paso <\/strong>no ha resuelto el problema y el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura, proceda a <strong>Paso 4<\/strong> para comprobar los ajustes de conexi\u00f3n de la SIM y la antena.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>En<\/td><td>Conectado a la red<\/td><td>Si esta luz de estado est\u00e1 encendida y sigue sin tener conectividad de red, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el servicio de asistencia de FTS.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*Los estados de Wi-Fi y LED de alarma no son relevantes para la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aseg\u00farese de que la tarjeta SIM est\u00e1 bien colocada. Se puede acceder al puerto de la tarjeta SIM con la llave Torx 6 incluida en el kit de hardware de la FleetCam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aseg\u00farate de que las antenas LTE y GPS est\u00e1n bien conectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si esto no resuelve el problema, la configuraci\u00f3n de conexi\u00f3n de la FleetCam debe verificarse a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n Titan. P\u00f3ngase en contacto con el servicio de asistencia para obtener las credenciales de
