Si estos pasos no resuelven el problema, env\u00ede un ticket utilizando el enlace CREAR TICKET en la parte inferior de la p\u00e1gina.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTA: Si no tiene la experiencia t\u00e9cnica con instalaciones de dispositivos telem\u00e1ticos necesaria para completar estos pasos de soluci\u00f3n de problemas, no interact\u00fae ni modifique la instalaci\u00f3n del dispositivo. En su lugar, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el servicio de asistencia de FTS. class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Primer paso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compruebe que el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 el veh\u00edculo en un edificio con tejado o laterales met\u00e1licos?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEl veh\u00edculo est\u00e1 en un aparcamiento subterr\u00e1neo o en un garaje?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 el dispositivo instalado en una zona del veh\u00edculo rodeada u oculta por metal?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 el veh\u00edculo en un lugar remoto donde la se\u00f1al puede interrumpirse?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el veh\u00edculo se encuentra en una zona con buena cobertura, siga<strong> paso 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 encendido el veh\u00edculo?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEst\u00e1 bien conectado el aparato?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfEl puerto de diagn\u00f3stico (OBD-II\/JBUS\/RP-1226) del veh\u00edculo suministra corriente?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfSe ha fundido alg\u00fan fusible del veh\u00edculo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
