Nota: El acceso a los informes est\u00e1 determinado por los permisos de Informes en el perfil de un usuario en Configuraci\u00f3n global > Usuarios<\/em>. Dentro del Perfil del usuario<\/em>Se puede dar acceso a todos los informes o s\u00f3lo a informes espec\u00edficos.<\/h4>\n

Si cree que deber\u00eda tener acceso a un informe pero no lo ve, pida primero a un administrador de su cuenta que verifique que tiene acceso al informe en su perfil de usuario.<\/p>\n

Para acceder a sus informes, seleccione la opci\u00f3n Informes<\/em> en la parte superior de la pantalla del panel principal de Intellihub:<\/p>\n

En la parte superior del informa<\/em> ver\u00e1s tres pesta\u00f1as, selecciona una pesta\u00f1a para que aparezcan los informes de esa pesta\u00f1a:<\/p>\n

  • Flota:<\/strong> Contiene informes que se ejecutan para toda su flota<\/li>\n
  • Veh\u00edculo:<\/strong> Contiene informes que se ejecutan para un veh\u00edculo individual<\/li>\n
  • Conductor:<\/strong> Contiene informes que se ejecutan para un conductor individual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Para buscar un informe dentro de la pesta\u00f1a que est\u00e1 visualizando, escriba \"Buscar un informe...<\/em>\" barra de b\u00fasqueda:<\/p>\n

    Para seleccionar un informe, haga clic en \u00e9l y se desplegar\u00e1 un panel a la derecha de la pesta\u00f1a de informes. En este ejemplo, hemos elegido el informe Resumen de la distancia<\/em> informe:<\/p>\n

    Antes de ejecutar un informe, aseg\u00farese de seleccionar la instalaci\u00f3n, el conductor, el veh\u00edculo, el intervalo de fechas y cualquier otra configuraci\u00f3n adicional para el informe antes de ejecutarlo. Los informes se pueden ejecutar en PDF, Word o Excel.<\/p>\n

    Cuando todos los ajustes sean los deseados, pulse \"\u00a1Informe de la carrera!<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

    Una vez que el informe comience a ejecutarse, aparecer\u00e1 una ventana. No cierre la ventana ni salga de Intellihub, o es posible que el informe no finalice.<\/p>\n

    Una vez terminado, el informe aparecer\u00e1 dentro de la ventana como PDF, o como archivo adjunto para los informes de Word y Excel.<\/p>\n
