Si IntelliHub tiene problemas para cargar el mapa o la lista de veh\u00edculos, pruebe los siguientes m\u00e9todos para restablecer la p\u00e1gina web y\/o la cach\u00e9 de su navegador.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Paso 1: Actualizaci\u00f3n suave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Desde el panel principal de IntelliHub: Pulse F5<\/strong> (en PC) o Cmd+R<\/strong> (en Mac) en el teclado, o haga clic en el bot\u00f3n Actualizar<\/strong> de su navegador. Esto recarga la p\u00e1gina y a veces soluciona el problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paso 2: Refresco duro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A veces, una actualizaci\u00f3n normal no funciona. En este caso, una actualizaci\u00f3n dura puede hacer el truco:
Desde el panel principal de IntelliHub, pulse CTRL + F5<\/strong> (en PC) o Cmd+May\u00fas+R<\/strong> (en Mac) en el teclado. Esto forzar\u00e1 una recarga m\u00e1s completa del sitio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si este paso no ha resuelto su situaci\u00f3n, proceda a Paso 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paso 3: Desactivar el cach\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Si no se ha solucionado el problema con una actualizaci\u00f3n completa, es posible que haya alg\u00fan problema con el sitio, por lo que deber\u00eda enviar un ticket al servicio de asistencia. Es posible que le pidan que desactive el almacenamiento en cach\u00e9 para el sitio IntelliHub como parte de la soluci\u00f3n de problemas. A continuaci\u00f3n se explica c\u00f3mo desactivar temporalmente el almacenamiento en cach\u00e9 de IntelliHub para aislar el problema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e1s en el panel principal de IntelliHub<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pulse F12<\/strong> en el teclado O haga clic con el bot\u00f3n derecho del rat\u00f3n en alg\u00fan lugar de la pantalla que no sea el mapa y haga clic en Inspeccione<\/strong> (Fig. 1<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. En la ventana Herramientas de desarrollo que aparece, vaya a la pesta\u00f1a Red<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Puede que tenga que pulsar la doble flecha (>><\/strong>) para ampliar las opciones y ver Red<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Marque \"Desactivar cach\u00e9<\/strong>\" (Fig. 2<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Mantenga abierta la ventana de herramientas de desarrollo y vuelva a cargar la p\u00e1gina (pulsando F5<\/strong> (PC) o CMD+R<\/strong> (Mac), O el icono Recargar del navegador)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Si la p\u00e1gina se carga correctamente, cierre las Herramientas de desarrollo e intente cargar la p\u00e1gina una vez m\u00e1s para asegurarse de que se ha solucionado. Si el problema persiste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de asistencia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
