AVISO DE RECOGIDA Y CONSERVACI\u00d3N DEL IDENTIFICADOR BIOM\u00c9TRICO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Una caracter\u00edstica de algunos de los Productos de Forward Thinking Systems, LLC (tal y como dichos Productos se definen en las Condiciones de Servicio de Forward Thinking Systems, que se encuentran aqu\u00ed: https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/legal\/terms-of-service<\/a>) es la capacidad de utilizar una c\u00e1mara instalada en un veh\u00edculo para reconocer si una persona no autorizada est\u00e1 conduciendo un determinado veh\u00edculo. Esto se hace comparando la geometr\u00eda facial de un conductor autorizado, como usted, con la geometr\u00eda facial de la persona que realmente conduce el veh\u00edculo. La geometr\u00eda facial se refiere a la forma y estructura del rostro humano, que es \u00fanica para cada persona. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, si roban un veh\u00edculo, los Productos pueden detectar que la geometr\u00eda facial del ladr\u00f3n no coincide con la geometr\u00eda facial de un conductor autorizado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para que esto funcione, el Producto en cuesti\u00f3n debe ser capaz de escanear y almacenar su geometr\u00eda facial para su comparaci\u00f3n. Para cualquier caso en el que los Productos de Forward Thinking Systems escaneen su geometr\u00eda facial, Forward Thinking Systems proteger\u00e1 esa informaci\u00f3n utilizando el est\u00e1ndar de cuidado razonable de la industria y con al menos las mismas medidas que Forward Thinking Systems utiliza para proteger otra informaci\u00f3n confidencial. Forward Thinking Systems tambi\u00e9n conservar\u00e1 su geometr\u00eda facial s\u00f3lo durante el tiempo que ocurra el primero de los siguientes casos, momento en el que se eliminar\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. El prop\u00f3sito inicial de recopilar su geometr\u00eda facial se ha cumplido, como la finalizaci\u00f3n de su empleo con un cliente de Forward Thinking Systems, o Forward Thinking Systems interrumpe sus Productos; o,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. En los tres a\u00f1os siguientes a su \u00faltima interacci\u00f3n con Forward Thinking Systems, incluyendo la conducci\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo para cualquiera de los clientes de Forward Thinking Systems que utilicen los Productos. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Algunos de los productos de Forward Thinking Systems tambi\u00e9n son capaces de controlar de forma m\u00e1s general el comportamiento del conductor, como determinar si un conductor est\u00e1 utilizando un tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil o est\u00e1 distra\u00eddo. Si bien esto no implica escanear y almacenar su geometr\u00eda facial para su identificaci\u00f3n, como la funci\u00f3n descrita anteriormente (y por lo tanto Forward Thinking Systems no admite que esto implique \"datos biom\u00e9tricos\", tal como se define ese t\u00e9rmino en la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable), s\u00ed implica el seguimiento visual de su comportamiento, como la posici\u00f3n de la cabeza, la l\u00ednea de visi\u00f3n, la posici\u00f3n de las manos, etc.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
