{"id":1054,"date":"2017-11-28T09:13:09","date_gmt":"2017-11-28T14:13:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/?p=1054"},"modified":"2022-02-04T09:24:02","modified_gmt":"2022-02-04T14:24:02","slug":"guerrero-de-campo-registrado-en-la-fmcsa","status":"publish","type":"resource_center","link":"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/es\/resource-center\/field-warrior-eld-registered-fmcsa\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Warrior\u00ae ELD registrado y aprobado por la FMCSA - \u00bfY ahora qu\u00e9?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hac\u00eda tiempo que no habl\u00e1bamos de nuestra soluci\u00f3n ELD. 18 de diciembre<sup>th<\/sup> s\u00f3lo faltan unas semanas, as\u00ed que ha llegado el momento de otra actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEst\u00e1 el ELD de Forward Thinking registrado en la FMCSA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed. Desde nuestro \u00faltimo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/es\/blog\/ingenieria-mejor-solucion-eld-mercado\/\">Actualizaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n del ELD<\/a>hemos trabajado duro para afinar, probar y preparar el lanzamiento final del producto. Hemos creado una excelente gu\u00eda del usuario repleta de informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil y capturas de pantalla. Y hemos completado el proceso de certificaci\u00f3n ELD requerido, gan\u00e1ndonos un puesto en la lista de la FMCSA. <a href=\"https:\/\/csa.fmcsa.dot.gov\/ELD\/List\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ELD registrados<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfY ahora qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n<h2>Clientes actuales<\/h2>\n<p>Hemos integrado nuestra soluci\u00f3n ELD en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/es\/productos\/gestion-del-personal-movil\/\">Guerrero de campo<\/a>por lo que el cambio a los ELD ser\u00e1 sencillo.<\/p>\n<p>Si necesita o desea cambiar a los ELD para cumplir el plazo de diciembre, tendr\u00e1 que instalar la nueva aplicaci\u00f3n Field Warrior\u00ae ELD. La aplicaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 disponible inicialmente para Android y las tabletas de la serie fleet\u2122 de Garmin.<\/p>\n<p>Si ya est\u00e1 utilizando Field Warrior\u00ae como AOBRD, no est\u00e1 obligado a cumplir el plazo de diciembre de 2017. Tus AOBRDs est\u00e1n \"protegidos\" y tienes hasta diciembre de 2019 para cambiar a los ELDs (m\u00e1s sobre esto m\u00e1s adelante). En este caso, le recomendamos que siga utilizando AOBRD (Field Warrior\u00ae o Garmin) mientras tanto y se prepare para cambiar a los ELD a su propio ritmo.<\/p>\n<h3>BYOD (traiga su propio dispositivo)<\/h3>\n<p>A diferencia de las actuales regulaciones AOBRD, el Mandato ELD requiere que los ELDs tengan una conexi\u00f3n directa al ECM (m\u00f3dulo de control electr\u00f3nico) del veh\u00edculo. Field Warrior\u00ae ELD cumple este requisito con el <em>Enlace FTS <\/em>que proporciona una conexi\u00f3n segura y fiable al veh\u00edculo. El cable tambi\u00e9n alimenta el ELD y lo mantiene totalmente cargado.<\/p>\n<p>En <em>Enlace FTS<\/em> cable le ofrece una forma sencilla de convertir sus dispositivos Android existentes en ELD conformes, evitando as\u00ed la necesidad de comprar un costoso hardware ELD especializado.<\/p>\n<h3>Garmin fleet\u2122 6XX y 7XX<\/h3>\n<p>Las tabletas Garmin fleet\u2122 utilizan un cable FMI para conectarse al ECM del veh\u00edculo, por lo que ya disponen de la conexi\u00f3n necesaria. Si su flota utiliza una de estas tabletas Garmin, solo tendr\u00e1 que instalar la nueva aplicaci\u00f3n Field Warrior\u00ae ELD para convertirlas en ELD compatibles.<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Si actualmente est\u00e1 utilizando la funci\u00f3n HOS (Horas de Servicio) de Garmin para cuadernos de bit\u00e1cora electr\u00f3nicos en lugar de Field Warrior\u00ae, tendr\u00e1 que instalar Field Warrior\u00ae ELD en sus dispositivos para cumplir con las normas. Garmin no tiene previsto actualizar su funci\u00f3n HOS nativa para cumplir con las normas ELD. La aplicaci\u00f3n Field Warrior\u00ae ELD es una actualizaci\u00f3n gratuita para los clientes que utilizan Garmin HOS \/ AOBRD.<\/p>\n<h2>AOBRD protegidos<\/h2>\n<p>La cl\u00e1usula de \"abuelo\" del Mandato ELD le permite mantener sus AOBRD existentes hasta diciembre de 2019, siempre y cuando el AOBRD haya sido instalado y est\u00e9 en uso antes de la fecha l\u00edmite del 18 de diciembre de 2017. Despu\u00e9s del 18 de diciembre, nadie puede comprar e instalar un nuevo AOBRD.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa eso? Si usted <em>sustituir<\/em> un veh\u00edculo equipado con AOBRD de su flota con un veh\u00edculo nuevo despu\u00e9s del 18 de diciembre de 2017, se le permite instalar el AOBRD en el veh\u00edculo nuevo.
