Au lieu de d\u00e9pendre uniquement des e-mails ou des SMS, vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais ajouter des utilisateurs IntelliHub comme destinataires d'alertes. Les alertes apparaissent dans un panneau d\u00e9di\u00e9 au sein d'IntelliHub, offrant \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe une visibilit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de la flotte sans quitter la plateforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment \u00e7a marche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration des alertes avec les destinataires IntelliHub<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La configuration des alertes suit le m\u00eame flux de travail que vous connaissez. Lors de la cr\u00e9ation ou de la modification d'une alerte dans <strong>Param\u00e8tres &gt; Alertes et notifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez le type d'alerte et configurez vos param\u00e8tres, groupes, v\u00e9hicules ou conducteurs comme d'habitude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la section des destinataires, ajoutez les utilisateurs IntelliHub en plus des adresses e-mail et des num\u00e9ros SMS (ou \u00e0 la place de ceux-ci). <strong>Administrateurs <\/strong>peut s\u00e9lectionner n'importe quel utilisateur IntelliHub comme destinataire. <strong>Utilisateurs standards <\/strong>peuvent s'ajouter comme destinataire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>(Facultatif) <\/strong>V\u00e9rifier <strong>R\u00e9ponse requise <\/strong>pour rendre l'alerte persistante \u2014 elle s'affiche par-dessus le contenu IntelliHub et ne peut pas \u00eatre ignor\u00e9e tant qu'un utilisateur n'a pas soumis une reconnaissance \u00e9crite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>(Facultatif) <\/strong>Si votre compte inclut les services de surveillance des partenaires, v\u00e9rifiez <strong>Afficher dans FleetMonitor <\/strong>pour router les alertes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es vers le tableau de bord de surveillance pour supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"736\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/intellihub-notification-hub.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10571\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.9318017925208613;width:779px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/intellihub-notification-hub.jpg 736w, https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/intellihub-notification-hub-300x155.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/intellihub-notification-hub-18x9.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Afficher les alertes dans le Hub de notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 mesure que des alertes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es, chaque destinataire d\u00e9sign\u00e9 d&#x27;IntelliHub voit appara\u00eetre un badge rouge sur le <strong>ic\u00f4ne de cloche <\/strong>dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit de la barre d'en-t\u00eate. L'ic\u00f4ne affiche le nombre total de notifications non lues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cliquez sur le bouton <strong>ic\u00f4ne de cloche <\/strong>pour ouvrir le <strong>Hub de notification <\/strong>panneau sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit de l'\u00e9cran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le panneau affiche toutes les alertes dont vous \u00eates destinataire et qui datent de ces derniers <strong>7 jours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaque alerte affiche le type d'alerte, le nom du v\u00e9hicule, le conducteur, l'emplacement et les d\u00e9tails de l'activit\u00e9 qui l'a d\u00e9clench\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cliquez sur une alerte pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ce v\u00e9hicule <strong>Activit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te <\/strong>affichage de la date et de l&#x27;heure de l&#x27;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Si une donn\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifique est disponible \u2014 comme un point du fil d&#x27;Ariane ou un \u00e9v\u00e9nement li\u00e9 au comportement du conducteur enregistr\u00e9 par FleetCam \u2014, IntelliHub acc\u00e8de directement \u00e0 cette donn\u00e9e et la met en \u00e9vidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9sactiver les notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utiliser le <strong>couper\/r\u00e9tablir le son <\/strong>en haut du panneau du Hub de notifications pour suspendre les notifications d'alerte entrantes. Pendant la mise en sourdine, les alertes r\u00e9guli\u00e8res sont silencieuses. <strong>R\u00e9ponse requise <\/strong>des alertes continuent d'appara\u00eetre quel que soit le r\u00e9glage de mise en sourdine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9pondre aux alertes n\u00e9cessitant une r\u00e9ponse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9ponse requise <\/strong>Les alertes s&#x27;affichent \u00e0 l&#x27;ext\u00e9rieur du volet \u00ab Notification Hub \u00bb, en superposition de l&#x27;interface IntelliHub, afin d&#x27;attirer l&#x27;attention. Elles s&#x27;affichent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&#x27;int\u00e9rieur du volet \u00ab Notification Hub \u00bb lorsque celui-ci est ouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 43%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une alerte, entrez du texte dans le <strong>Saisissez une r\u00e9ponse <\/strong>champ et cliquez sur le <strong>bouton de coche<\/strong>.
