Quoi de neuf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can now send commands directly to a vehicle’s GPS tracking device from IntelliHub. This feature allows you to remotely trigger device actions \u2014 such as rebooting the device or requesting an immediate GPS location update \u2014 without leaving the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open a vehicle’s Activit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te <\/strong>vue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cliquez sur le bouton Envoyer une commande au v\u00e9hicule <\/strong>icon to the left of the movement graph.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select a command from the list of available options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirm the action in the confirmation popup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A toast notification displays the command status as it progresses:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    Sending<\/strong>
    The system is transmitting the command to the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sent \u2013 awaiting confirmation<\/strong>
    The command was sent and the system is waiting for a response from the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Termin\u00e9<\/strong>
    The device confirmed the command was received and executed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Failed<\/strong>
    The command could not be delivered or executed. Try again or contact customer support if the issue persists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Exigences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Available commands are pre-configured for your account. <\/strong>You can only send commands that have already been set up for the selected vehicle’s device type. To request additional commands, contact customer support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Vehicle Actions permission required. <\/strong>To send device commands, your IntelliHub user account must have the Vehicle Actions permission enabled.
