Si ces \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9pannage ne permettent pas de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me, veuillez soumettre un ticket en utilisant le lien CREER UN TICKET en bas de la page.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE :<\/strong> Si vous n'avez pas l'exp\u00e9rience technique des installations d'appareils t\u00e9l\u00e9matiques n\u00e9cessaire pour effectuer ces \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9pannage, n'interagissez pas avec l'installation et ne la modifiez pas. Veuillez plut\u00f4t <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftsgps.com\/fr\/contact\/\">Contacter l'assistance FTS<\/a>. Nous pouvons vous aider \u00e0 programmer la visite d'un technicien sur votre v\u00e9hicule gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre r\u00e9seau national d'installateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez que le v\u00e9hicule se trouve dans une zone o\u00f9 la couverture est bonne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le v\u00e9hicule se trouve-t-il dans un b\u00e2timent dont le toit ou les parois sont en m\u00e9tal ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le v\u00e9hicule se trouve-t-il dans un parking souterrain ou dans un garage ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le v\u00e9hicule se trouve-t-il dans un endroit \u00e9loign\u00e9 o\u00f9 le signal peut \u00eatre interrompu ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le v\u00e9hicule se trouve dans une zone bien couverte et que l'appareil n'est pas aliment\u00e9, continuez \u00e0 suivre les instructions suivantes <strong>\u00e9tape 2<\/strong> pour v\u00e9rifier pourquoi il ne re\u00e7oit pas de courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le v\u00e9hicule se trouve dans une zone bien couverte et que l'appareil est aliment\u00e9, continuez \u00e0 suivre les instructions suivantes <strong>\u00e9tape 3<\/strong> pour v\u00e9rifier les DEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez pourquoi l'appareil n'est pas aliment\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le v\u00e9hicule est-il sous tension ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'appareil est-il correctement connect\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifier que le c\u00e2blage des connexions ci-dessus n'est pas endommag\u00e9. <br>(Si les c\u00e2bles sont endommag\u00e9s, contactez le service d'assistance pour les remplacer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fils constants et d'allumage sont-ils aliment\u00e9s ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des fusibles ont-ils saut\u00e9 dans le v\u00e9hicule ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les fusibles sont intacts, que le c\u00e2blage n'est pas endommag\u00e9 et que l'appareil n'est toujours pas aliment\u00e9, contactez le service d'assistance en indiquant les \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9pannage suivies jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'appareil est aliment\u00e9, passez \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape suivante <strong>\u00c9TAPE 3<\/strong> pour v\u00e9rifier les DEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 3 (\u00e9tat des voyants)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifier quelle combinaison de voyants LED est allum\u00e9e et dans quel \u00e9tat (par exemple, clignotant ou stable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ic\u00f4nes sont indiqu\u00e9es dans le diagramme ci-dessous. Passez \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat des DEL du GPS.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Arr\u00eat<\/td><td>L'appareil n'est pas aliment\u00e9<\/td><td>Si le d\u00e9pannage en <strong>\u00c9tape 2 <\/strong>n'a pas r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me et que le v\u00e9hicule se trouve dans une zone o\u00f9 la couverture est bonne, veuillez contacter l'assistance FTS.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirmer l'\u00e9tat correct des DEL du r\u00e9seau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>LED VERTE (R\u00e9seau)<\/th><th>Statut<\/th><th>Prochaine \u00e9tape<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Arr\u00eat<\/td><td>\u00c0 la recherche d'une connexion<\/td><td>Si le d\u00e9pannage en <strong>\u00c9tape 1 <\/strong>n'a pas r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me et que le v\u00e9hicule se trouve dans une zone o\u00f9 la couverture est bonne, passez \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape suivante. <strong>\u00c9tape 4<\/strong> pour v\u00e9rifier les param\u00e8tres de connexion de la carte SIM et de l'antenne.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sur<\/td><td>Connect\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau<\/td><td>Si ce voyant d'\u00e9tat est allum\u00e9 et que vous n'avez toujours pas de connectivit\u00e9 r\u00e9seau, contactez l'assistance FTS.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*Les \u00e9tats des DEL Wi-Fi et d'alarme ne sont pas pertinents pour le d\u00e9pannage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tape 4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurez-vous que la carte SIM est correctement install\u00e9e. Le port de la carte SIM est accessible \u00e0 l'aide de la cl\u00e9 Torx 6 fournie dans le kit de mat\u00e9riel FleetCam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurez-vous que les antennes LTE et GPS sont bien branch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cela ne r\u00e9sout pas le probl\u00e8me, les param\u00e8tres de connexion de la FleetCam doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s via l'application Titan.
