Si IntelliHub a des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 charger la carte ou la liste des v\u00e9hicules, essayez les m\u00e9thodes suivantes pour r\u00e9initialiser la page web et\/ou le cache de votre navigateur.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9tape 1 : Rafra\u00eechissement en douceur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Depuis le tableau de bord principal d'IntelliHub : Appuyez sur F5<\/strong> (sur PC) ou Cmd+R<\/strong> (sur Mac) sur votre clavier, ou cliquez sur le bouton Rafra\u00eechir<\/strong> de votre navigateur. Cela permet de recharger la page et, parfois, de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9tape 2 : Rafra\u00eechissement complet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Il arrive parfois qu'une actualisation normale ne fonctionne pas. Dans ce cas, un rafra\u00eechissement complet peut suffire :
Depuis le tableau de bord principal d'IntelliHub, appuyez sur CTRL + F5<\/strong> (sur PC) ou Cmd+Shift+R<\/strong> (sur Mac) sur votre clavier. Cela forcera un rechargement plus complet du site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si cette \u00e9tape n'a pas permis de r\u00e9soudre votre probl\u00e8me, passez \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape suivante. \u00c9tape 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9tape 3 : D\u00e9sactiver la mise en cache<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Si un rafra\u00eechissement complet n'a pas r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me, il se peut que quelque chose ne fonctionne pas sur le site, et vous devriez faire un ticket avec le support. Il se peut que l'on vous demande de d\u00e9sactiver la mise en cache du site IntelliHub dans le cadre du d\u00e9pannage. Voici comment d\u00e9sactiver temporairement la mise en cache du site IntelliHub afin d'isoler le probl\u00e8me :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Assurez-vous d'\u00eatre sur le tableau de bord principal d'IntelliHub<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Presse F12<\/strong> sur votre clavier OU cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur un endroit de l'\u00e9cran qui n'est pas la carte et cliquez sur Contr\u00f4ler<\/strong> (Fig. 1<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Dans la fen\u00eatre Developer Tools qui s'affiche, naviguez jusqu'\u00e0 l'onglet Network (R\u00e9seau)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Il se peut que vous deviez appuyer sur la double fl\u00e8che (>><\/strong>) pour d\u00e9velopper les options et voir R\u00e9seau<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Cochez \"D\u00e9sactiver le cache<\/strong>\" (Fig. 2<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Laissez la fen\u00eatre Developer Tools ouverte et rechargez la page (en appuyant sur la touche F5<\/strong> (PC) ou CMD+R<\/strong> (Mac), OU l'ic\u00f4ne Reload dans votre navigateur)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Si la page se charge correctement, fermez Developer Tools et essayez de charger la page une nouvelle fois pour vous assurer que le probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu. Si le probl\u00e8me persiste, veuillez contacter notre \u00e9quipe d'assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
