FMCSA Offers Temporary Hours of Service Relief in Wake of Coronavirus

If you are normally required to adhere to FMCSA ELD regulations, you may have already heard the FMCSA is offering temporary hours of service relief to help during the national emergency caused by COVID-19.

Not all companies qualify for relief, so please speak with the person in charge of ELD compliance at your organization to determine how this new exemption may affect you and your drivers.
