Forward Thinking Systems Remains Operational During COVID-19 Pandemic

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has declared that as of Sunday evening (Mar. 22), all workers in non-essential businesses in New York state must stay home from work in order to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We want to reassure all our customers that Forward Thinking Systems IS considered an essential business and will remain in operation to support the needs of our customers.

Forward Thinking Systems provides essential services that support the continuing operation of government agencies and essential critical infrastructure workers during the COVID-19 response.

We also want to assure our customers that we took early precautions before the shutdowns began. We had already arranged for all employees who could do their jobs remotely to start doing so weeks ago. It was to help reduce the risk for our other employees who must remain on premises and make sure our services keep working properly during this national emergency.

We deeply value the safety and well-being not just of our employees, but of the people providing the important transportation services at this difficult time, as well as the people who rely on them.

We appreciate your understanding as we all make this difficult transition here at home and are happy to answer any questions our customers and partners have.
