Geotab vehicle & fleetcam linking process

This guide instructs the user on how to link a Geotab vehicle to a FleetCam device in the FleetCam for Geotab add-in

Note: More than one camera can be added and linked at the same time, so the below process does not have to be repeated for each individual camera.

Step 1

Click the Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the FleetCam screen.

Step 2

If the vehicle you want to link the camera to is not on the list, click “Add…” in the upper-left corner of the Settings window. Otherwise, proceed to Step 4.

Step 3

Locate the vehicle you want to add to FleetCam in the list, click the checkbox next to its name, then click “Next” in the lower-right corner of the Settings window.

Step 4

Use the FleetCam ID dropdown to select the camera installed in the corresponding vehicle, then click “Save Changes” in the lower-right corner of the Settings window. Cameras that have already been linked to other vehicles will be grayed out.
