Troubleshooting map and vehicle loading

If IntelliHub is having trouble loading the map or the list of vehicles, try the below methods to reset the webpage and/or your browser’s cache.

Step 1: Soft Refresh

From the main IntelliHub dashboard: Press F5 (on PC) or Cmd+R (on Mac) on your keyboard, or click the Refresh button on your browser. This reloads the page, and sometimes will fix the issue.

Step 2: Hard Refresh

Sometimes a normal refresh does not work. In this case, a hard refresh may do the trick:
From the main IntelliHub dashboard, Press CTRL + F5 (on PC) or Cmd+Shift+R (on Mac) on your keyboard. This will force a more complete reload of the site.

If this step did not resolve your situation, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Disable Caching

If a hard refresh did not fix the issue, there may be something actually wrong with the site, and you should make a ticket with Support. They may still ask you to disable caching for the IntelliHub site as part of troubleshooting. Here is how to disable IntelliHub caching temporarily to isolate the issue:

Figure 1. (opening Developer Tools)

  1. Make sure you’re on the main IntelliHub dashboard
  2. Press F12 on your keyboard OR right-click somewhere on the screen that isn’t the map and click Inspect (Fig. 1)
  3. In the Developer Tools window that appears, navigate to the Network tab
  4. You may need to press the double arrow (>>) to expand the options to see Network
  5. Check off “Disable cache” (Fig. 2)
  6. Keep the Developer Tools window open, and reload the page (by either pressing F5 (PC) or CMD+R (Mac), OR the Reload icon in your browser)
  7. If the page loads correctly, please close Developer Tools and try to load the page one more time to make sure it is fixed. If the problem still persists, please contact our support team.
